Party Platform The American National Socialist Workers' Party As Adopted August 4, 2006 The 25-Point Party Platform 1) We demand sovereignity and self-rule for the white peoples of our continent, and their union into a racial-national state. We reject the claim of any Jew or non-white to governance or authority over any white person. 2) We demand an international policy in accord with the needs of white working people; that the United States shall withdraw from the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank; and that NAFTA, GATT and all other treaties against the interests of white working people be abrogated. 3) We demand our national and state borders be closed to non-white and Jewish immigration. We demand the return of all non-white people to their countries of origin, and the removal of all Jews to Palestine. 4) We demand that the perogatives of the state be available only to white people; that all corporations chartered be in the interest of white people; and that the privileges of the state be denied those who oppose the white racial interest. 5) Only white people -- those who can trace their blood to the Aryan or Traditional peoples of Europe -- can be citizens; and all peoples who are not citizens must live in the nation as foreigners and be subject to regulation as aliens. 6) The nation must be governed in the interests of the white race, and must be governed by representatives from the white race. The corrupt practices of the current democracy, and the division of the nation into parties, must be ended, and the government unified under National Socialism. 7) Every white person must have the opportunity to earn a living and secure a comfortable lifestyle from his labor; wages must be sufficient to support the ownership of a home, a car, and the support of one's children without resort to consumer borrowing or debt. 8) We demand that our ancestors' claim on this land be recognized as just; that their defeat of the other peoples of this continent granted them right of conquest; and that no alienation or "return" of our land or our territory be permitted. 9) All criminals must be equally subject to punishment under the law; that rank, station, or political influence may not protect corruption or crime; and that those laws designed to restrict the expression of white racial beliefs, or to enhance penalties against those who commit crimes with alleged racial motivations, be abrogated. 10) The first duty of the citizen must be the furtherance of the race, and of his racial community; thus all contracts and debts providing income to those who are not of the race, without their income deriving from the production of goods or services, shall be abrogated. 11) For the benefit and for collective bargaining, white working people shall be organized into national unions; that these unions provide support for their membership; that they provide housing, food, and new employment for those put out of work; that they provide healthcare to their membership and they assist their membership in providing for financial security. 12) We demand that all unsecured interest bearing debt of working people be cancelled; that white working people be relieved of debt slavery; and that national laws prohibit the extension of credit except for the purchase of assets intended to appreciate or generate income. 13) We demand that all critical corporations shall be nationalized; that they be prohibited from commerce with foreign nations, if such commerce jeopardizes the racial interest; and that their profits be organized to benefit their workers. 14) We demand that corporations which have armed and supported hostile foreign interests be dissolved; that their assets be seized and distributed; and that particularly any corporation that has armed the Zionist Entity in Palestine or the anti-white governments of Southern Africa or any other nation that has undergone violent "de-colonialization" have its assets seized. 15) We demand that all public corporations and banking and insurance associations provide a full accounting of their incomes; that their activities be scrutinized for treason to our white workers; that those executives who have profited at the expense and against the interest of their workers be tried criminally, as well as those who have profited from the irresponsible extension of credit to the unqualified, and that both be compelled to labor upon their conviction. 16) To reward those who have dedicated their lives to production in the social interest, a fully funded social security system be implemented, and that support sufficient for a comfortable standard of living be provided to those who, because of old age or injury, be unable to work; we reject the extension of pensions to those "disabled" by alcoholism or drug addiction, those who have never worked, and those who have been injured while engaged in anti-social act. 17) We demand that all industry be organized around the community, and that no industry or business be conducted without regard to the impact on the community, and to the greater interests of the race. 18) We demand that re-education and reform through labor be instituted for all those who have worked to the injury of the common welfare, and earned their livings through the exploitation of the ignorance or the vice of working people, or through the promulgation of ideologies and programs contrary to the interests of the race. 19) We demand that the resources of the nation be collectively owned; that the exploitation of such resources be directed towards the interests of the whole, and not of any private party, as the property rights to such resources originate solely with the grant of the state; and that such exploitation shall be conducted with regards to their environmental effects. 20) We demand that the state protect the health of its citizens; that it ban race mixing and miscegenation; that it implement a national eugenics program designed to reduce dysgenic births; that it ban the abortion of racially healthy children; that it encourage healthy and hygenic practices among young people; that it continue research into preventing the major causes of death and into extending natural life; and that it regulate strongly products that are not conducive to the public health. 21) The racial-national state must organize the entire cultural system of the people; to do this, it shall orient the educational system towards the practical life, and discourage sophistic or "pure" speculation; it shall make a university education possible for every capable and industrious citizen; and it shall teach the conception of the racial-national state, and its attendent virtues, in the schools from the very beginning of a child's education. 22) The national military shall comprise the entire body of the people; it shall not be placed at the disposal, or under the command, of foreign nations, nor shall it wage war for foreign interests. 23) The Jewish faith shall be prohibited; all other religious faiths shall be permitted to continue insofar as their teachings do not undermine the interests of the racial-national state; those religions whose teachings are opposed to National Socialism shall be suppressed. 24) Jews shall be prohibited from owning, financing, publishing, producing, writing or acting for the media; non-whites shall likewise be prohibited from participating in the media without the express permission of the state; media outlets owned, financed, produced or published by Jews shall be suppressed, as shall any media outlet transgresing against the common welfare, and their assets confiscated; similar regulations shall be propagated for art and literature. 25) In order to carry out this program we demand a racial-nationalist state governed by the principles of National Socialism, and the amendment or the annullment of the United States Consitution as necessary to achieve our ends.
